Lyndsey Bowen is an aerialist, Born to Fly certified instructor, and movement artist based in Sanford, North Carolina. She specializes in guiding individuals through their personal fitness journeys, fostering a body-positive community, and making flight accessible to everyone—yes, even “normal” people!
In addition to teaching, Lyndsey is a dynamic performer, available for event entertainment, corporate gatherings, private parties, and special occasions. Whether in the air or on the ground, she brings artistry and excitement to every performance.
